Have shared several times of late that the international markets/smaller countries ETF’s  are the place to be. (see “Unknown ETF’s nothing to laugh about).  On a Relative Strength basis, many countries are outperforming the S & P 500, by a sizeable margin.  Positive  pattern breakout of this ascending triangle for the Turkey ETF (TUR) is shown below.

Does the United States have fundamental concerns?  Many say that is true.  My goal is to help people “inflate their portfolios regardless of economic conditions or market direction!”

My fundamental take… The ETF’s above and discussed in prior posts are doing well and should be owned, with  5 -7% trailing stops!!!
