REITS’s and Homebuilders are both facing key resistance RIGHT NOW! If long, protect values. I wouldn’t sell, just protect. If an upside breakout takes place, I will want to be an owner.
On the flip side, should some breakdowns take place, I will be looking to score on defense.
Gary…you are correct per SRS. At this time I am not aware of an inverse home builders.
Just an FYI-I am not attempting to short these right now, am long.
I found srs a 2x inverse for IYR but can not find one for XHB

I cannot believe this site is still free. The two blogs I subscribed to (paid for) have been dropped due to the abundant information gleaned from this site.
One point of contention though…are the rotating drawings shown on your site “Patterns” or are they fractals 🙂
